One of my favorite things to do it to blend technologies. Presented here is one of those things. We have the ability to custom powder coat tumblers over vinyl leaving the stainless steel under the vinyl untouched. Once the vinyl is removed you have a stunning custom design. We can offer this technique in many different colors and styles. You choose the design and we make it come to life.
These are great to commemorate a trip or special event. Colors range from pink to black. Check out the pictures of the items we have already created. You can order these today and have them by next week.
We offer these in 4 different sizes, 10 oz, 20 oz, 30 oz and a 12 oz stemless wine glass. The process is applying vinyl, then powder coating over the vinyl, baking for a few minutes until the powder runs, then removing the vinyl and placing back in the oven to cure. This leaves a crisp line around the design and increases the durability of the design. It will not wash off and you do not have to worry about it pealing because the only thing left on the tumbler is your design and powder coating. This makes them machine washable and extremely durable. In the near future we will be looking at adding a second color to these so your design will be one color powder and the top a different color (think Harley Davidson emblem black and orange)
